Standalone offline version

Hello

I have used the plotly online GUI to plot charts from excel files. It works fantastically well

I didn’t find wheter there is a way to use the GUI locally in my Windows computer as standalone or offline, so I can load local data and use the features of the GUI without internet connection or when the connection is too slow to work comfortabilly

The Plotly online GUI will remain an online-only product for the foreseeable future.
