We have recently created some dashboard to display real-time ocean wave observations from some wave buoy deployed in the Southern Ocean (https://wavebuoy.oceanum.science/). Dash was a very handy framework to help building this app.

Lots of really nice little touches here: I like how you shaded the dots based off of their days adrift - that’s a clever way to visualize time x lat x lon. I also love how you made the radial heatmap style visualization based off of a polar bar chart:
