Scientific Notation: Power

I would like to know how can I set a bottom scale (background scale) in the Scientific Notation using Plotly JS.
What I have done until now is use these two lines below to use the Scientific Notation:

exponentformat: 'power',
showexponent: 'last'

But, as you can see, the background escale x10^8 is located in the last Y tick.

What I would like to do is something like this figure below (MatPlotLib example):

In this MatPlotLib example above, you can see the x10^2 as a Y axis background scale.

How can I do that using Plotly JS?
