Can I use the graphs created with plotly.py in my enterprise annual report without referring to Plotly ?

If you create the plots using plotly.offline.plot standalone html (See https://plot.ly/python/offline/), or if you export plots to static images then everything you’re using is MIT licensed and you can do whatever you like 
.
If you want to host the plots on plot.ly and embed a reference to them in your report (e.g. if you’re report is a website), then you would need to understand and follow the plot.ly terms of service (which I am not an expert on )
