PlotlyJS no image export?

When using the standalone JS library there seems to be no image export. For example at the following link:

the farthest left icon is a little camera that let’s you export a plot. My plots made with the JS library don’t have the camera. Is this omitted on purpose? Or do I have to enable it with an option?

I just confirmed that the latest version does include PNG export.

The build I had was only 7 days older 0812 vs 0819 but that seems to be exactly the update that makes the difference.
