Plotly does not loading map most of the time

Hi, people. I don’t understand why, but i see that not only me has same problem and can’t find the solution(
So, when i try to open my choropleth map in browser(Edge) using plotly, it is nothing happen most of time. I mean, sometimes it works, the map is displayed and everything is fine. But nothing happen, no errors, nothing when i try to run the program again.
I use Jupyter Notebook and when i try to paint a map only in the Notebook, it works fine every time.
I am doing a graduate work, so this option is not suitable at all XD
What could be the problem? Can anybody help?
