Not able to change axis title during animation

All,

I can change the main layout title during the animation, but not the xaxis title. Missing functionality or bug?

Can you share a reproducible example?

Building the reproducible example, I found a bug in my code, the parenthesis end was not in the right place.
No error message, xaxis was part of frames, but not part of layout.
