Logged in - clicked account - blocked

I was logged into plotly studio and I clicked ‘account’ from the menu and got this error:

  1. Can you share what operating system you’re using (Mac, OS)?
  2. Is this Plotly Studio that is installed on your second computer (I saw you mentioned you had two computers)?
  3. Is your computer using any company-based firewall or anti-virus program? Can you share the name please.
