I was logged into plotly studio and I clicked ‘account’ from the menu and got this error:

- Can you share what operating system you’re using (Mac, OS)?
- Is this Plotly Studio that is installed on your second computer (I saw you mentioned you had two computers)?
- Is your computer using any company-based firewall or anti-virus program? Can you share the name please.
