So, plotly used to work with my account… But recently, when I try to log on, it would not connect me.
I connected via Facebook and every time I press the ‘f’ button below, it tells me I need to choose a plotly username (which I’ve had already) and when I choose something and press ‘Continue to Plotly’, it would not proceed after ‘Loading…’

We’re experiencing a bug with our facebook login at the moment.
I can help you set up a password based login until the bug is fixed. You can email accounts@plot.ly with the subject facebook login.

I have been facing the same issue for a while. I just sent an email to community.support@plot.ly and got an automated reply that I email support is only available to Pro user. However I have also actually purchased the Pro membership.
As I’m working on a deadline and this is somewhat blocking, I’d appreciate your prompt help to resolve this.
