when i export a graph i made from Jupyter notebook to edit it,
i keep getting this error and can’t sign in AT ALL. UGHHHH THIS IS SO ANNOYING!!!
but what’s weird is, i can log in when i go into the official website homepage if this makes sense…???(I’m sorry for the poor explanation English is not my 1st language.)

Have you created an account on chart-studio? If you did it, then enter in the browser bar:
https://chart-studio.plotly.com/~your_username#/
In the upper right corner click sign in.
I’ve just repeated this procedure, two times, and it worked.
Similar problem login fails for a working account saying Captcha failed, tried 4 different browsers and validated no blocking of popups or javascript is happening on my end.
@quickerdesign I see in this post that you got it to work. I’m glad.
We found an issue with the CAPTCHA but fixed it yesterday. That’s probably why it worked for you again.
Well your fix or clearing cookies/cache/history either way I am in and can still use this awesome free tool. Thanks. I hope to one day figure out how to move everything to Dash but glad that is not today. IMO I would rather pay a couple hundred a year just to never lose this Chart Studio. Airtable does have a similar level for a single account. I hope you will consider that before ever just ending the tool access. Its too useful, and there are many who just cant justify enterprise level costs.
