How to deploy an R Shiny application with plotly graphs on shinyapps.io?

I have deployed my R shiny application to shinyapps.io, however, when I try to run it, I get the error “ERROR: could not find function “plotlyOutput””.

Has anyone managed to deploy an app on shinyapps.io with plotly graphs?
