Dash Release on conda-forge and PyPI Not Synchronized?

Hi,

Dash v0.39.0 has been released on PyPI, but the conda-forge channel has remained on v0.37.0:

is there a specific reason why the release is not synchronized?

It looks like updates are handled manually - here’s a PR for updating to 0.39.0: https://github.com/conda-forge/dash-feedstock/pull/46/
