As a Lead Analytics and Insights Consultant (m/f/d), you will have the opportunity to explore exciting and diverse data, work with cutting-edge algorithms and technologies and participate in the development of data insights products and projects that generate new insights for healthcare. You will help our clients translate these insights into actionable recommendations that help them build better healthcare for patients.
YOUR ROLE WITH US
- Act as a data-driven consultant both for internal and external clients by creating actionable insights about the behaviours of patients. Based on your proven experience in consulting B2B clients, you design ad-hoc and regular research projects and execute them end to end. For this, you apply statistical and machine learning models on data reported by patients through medical apps, social media, and sales data sources.
- Be a trusted advisor to our clients in the healthcare industry by drawing insights from these analyses, helping them improve their business decisions and ultimately improve patients’ lives.
- Analyse a wide variety of data (survey, wearable monitoring data, transactional, texts and reviews) and integrate data from various sources (social media, product reviews and sales data) to continuously drive industry improvements and enable discoveries.
- Apply state-of-the-art methods from statistics, ML, and NLP to develop solutions for various internal and external use cases. Create data visualisations that make our results accessible and useful for stakeholders.
- You will define and refine the data sources available to make business-critical recommendations and collaborate with a team of data engineers, data scientists and analysts to set up data sources, pipelines, and reporting frontends.
- Develop new ideas, research, and implement prototypes and PoCs, taking the entire team’s skills to the next level.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, answering business questions with model-driven statistical analysis. Experience in sample design and weighting is a plus!
- University Degree (PhD or M.Sc.) in Social Science, Quantitative Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related fields.
- You have a consultant-oriented mindset and love to drive topics by owning them instead of being told what to do.
- You have basic knowledge of Python and SQL and practical experience with relevant libraries such as Pandas. Tableau, PowerBI or Plotly/Dash are a huge plus.
- You are curious about learning new technologies.
- You are fluent in spoken and written English.
