Change title modebar button

Hello guys!

I need to change the tooltip of the modebar’s buttons. Someone know how to do it (i have to translate it)?
I know how to create a new button with the custom message but editing the existing buttons… i haven’t found valid informations.

This is not possible at the moment.

You are not the first person to ask for this feature though.
