currently zoom in is activated with the “+” button available from the mode bar:
I guess it assumes the graph center point and scales around it.
I’m more used to using a single click on the graph to zoom in around the user selected point:
Actually, that would be a combination of pan following by zoom in.
It’d be activated when the zoom-to-rectangle function is input with a zero area, i.e., when the user clicks and releases the mouse cursor immediately instead of holding it clicked down while dragging the cursor.
