Zoom and move along x axis

Hi,

I am trying to zoom to Plotly and move along x-axis with the same zoom, but Plotly does not allow. It does not allow to scroll to see the zoom portion along x-axis.
Can anyone please help me regarding this?

Thank you very much for the reply.
By this method, I am not able to zoom. It only allows either to scroll or zoom, whichever is written first in the code.
