This is one of the thumbnail icons shown, but the page it links to doesn’t show it nor do any of the other pages seem to.

Does anyone know what type of chart this is and if so if there’s any documentation on how to create one in Plotly?

It’s a polar chart. Plotting them with plotly is described here. The exact one that you included in the question is included in the link with “Mic Patterns” title.
