Syntax help for volcano plot

I’m trying to create a volcano plot with my own data set but need help to understand this code:

I tried running this on my computer and am still getting errors for attributes. Can anyone explain what each line is really doing? I’m new to python programming. Specs - using vs code text editor and anaconda powershell for my terminal to run it. I’ve all the packages successfully installed.

Hi @simone_mohite welcome to the forums. This plot is not so common, that’s why you got no response on it up to now.

I have never used it but maybe there is a way to figure out how to make it work with your data.
