Storing data in Browser , live update

Hello,
I have written a Dash program on a Raspberry Pi as a server to read data from a sensor then to plot it once per second in a live stream in a browser. Till this point no problem, the problem is that, when I use the browser or any other program to do anything while Data-streaming then the interval between time-points will be very unstable! Will be dcc.Store helpful in this case or is there any other method?
