Positioning of multiple y-axes on the basis of parent div resizing

Hey,
If someone has solution to position the multiple y axis according to parent division(resizeable division). Please let me know.

initially:

After increasing the size.Lots of chart area is wasted because of y-axes poitions(spacing between the y axes)
