Plotly JS - Lock Y Axis at 0 and allow to scroll/zoom

Hi Team,

I have a specific requirement where the client wants to lock the Y axis as 0 but still allow the scroll/zoom - so fixedrange property also doesn’t work for me :frowning:

EDIT: The idea is that it should not allow to scroll to -ve values only greater than 0.

Any suggestions??
