I am creating plots using a Rmarkdown file on a remote server (my university’s computing center). I am having problems when trying to export static images using orca. I followed the installation instructions but because of permissions, I cannot install some of the libraries needed by orca (e.g. libgtk2.0-0 and libgconf-2-4). Is there a workaround or another tool to create static images besides orca?
