Not able to use my css file and theme together

Hello Everyone, I am trying to use my css file and theme together in a project but is not able to do so , can anyone suggest a method to do so please.
Here is my code :

I have imported the file but the changes that i make are not showing up on the webpage.

Hi @Lucifer, welcome to the forums. Try putting the css file in the assets folder.
