Multi-variable scatter plot

Hi there!

I’m new to plotly and I want to create a multi-variable scatter plot like the following:

Is this possible? If so, could you provide me an example code to do it?

Thank you very much in advance!

Cheers!

Going through https://plot.ly/javascript/line-and-scatter/ should get you close to what you need. Note that we don’t allow multiple legends on one graph at the moment, you’ll have to resort to layout annotations (see examples https://plot.ly/javascript/text-and-annotations/)

Hi Etienne,

You just spotted my problem! I was able to get everything working except splitting the legends. When googling for this I could see posts back to 2016 asking for this functionality. Could you tell me if you are currently working on implementing this feature and if so when it’s expected to be available?

Thank you very much in advance!

Cheers!
