1. How do i give custom name for Download as PNG in mode bar.
2. How do i give a custom color for mode bar icons
3. How to specify the position of the Mode Bar.
4. How to change all the icons in same size

Will be possible once Snapshot routines should allow users to specify image width/height · Issue #83 · plotly/plotly.js · GitHub is done.
