Make columns unselectable in DataTable

Is it possible to set some parameter to make certain columns in the DataTable impossible to select?

Thanks for the feedback @yossi! In this case, do you mean “rows” (rather than “columns”)? If not, could you explain what you mean in a little bit more detail?
