I now have my fully interactive plot working with a drop down menu and responsive buttons for 10 different traces (to represent different political parties.) The plot works exactly how it’s supposed to when broadcast locally, but then when I save it to my plotly account so I can post it on my blog, I lose the drop down menu. I published the interactive chart at the bottom of this blog post. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
If you created your interactive plot using Dash, you will need to host the app somewhere and then add it to your blog in an iframe. See this thread for details on how to do that.
