Improve the Debug toolbar on Dash, add a copy button šŸ™

Okay, this has been a small point of friction thats annoying. With a single error showing on the dash debug toolbar its easy to copy and use for reference but if you find yourself with more than one dash error in the dash debug toolbar its a pain to copy multiple errors in the dash debug toolbar.

My crazy ground breaking change Iā€™d suggest to the dash debug toolbar is to add a copy button for all the errors within the debug toolbar on dash.

Something similar in functionality to:

@Philippe @nathandrezner - an interesting idea by Austin to make it easier to work with error messages in the Dash debug toolbar.

I think when i have a bunch, I pull the logs from the browser console window, but thats an inelegant solution.
