Hi @zaidusm, maybe some neuroimaging folks can help you out here, but most devs here are not specialists. In order to help you, could you please give more details about the type of data you are using (do they lie on a regular grid? which dimension? can you open them as numpy arrays?) and the type of visualization you would like to make (is it a surface plot? a heatmap? etc.). Links to domain-specific software / tutorials can help, but please remember that we’re not neuroimaging specialists!
