How to plot box plot with multiple column name as x axis and values of the column as Y axis

Hi, Im new in plotly. My dataset contains gene name as the value of column 1 and 30 samples with their name as column name and log2(tpm+1) as their value. I want to make a box plot with normalized tpm values of the samples as y axis and on x axis I want column names. As I want to compare the distribution in different samples.
