Gannt Chart for Seconds with several actors

Hi! I have 5 kind of speakers and their start point and ending point thus duration of speech and now I want to plot it like GANTT chart in one figure.
I have been through Gantt chart using data in milliseconds but can’t understand.
Can anyone help?
