Just wanted to give a quick demo of a project I worked on over the weekend thats looking pretty awesome.
I’m planning on speaking October 31st on Plotly’s Thursday call to show other developers in this space how to build custom components. This project is similar to Apples “freeform app”, but more focused on the browser. Allowing users to create a dynamic white board or allow users on your dash apps to create dynamic notes to further data science research, collaboration and organization in a seamless and intuitive way.
Currently video editing a tutorial video on the processes and approach I took in building out this component. So keep an eye out for that release.
Just wanted to create this post to inform you all about the new component, give a place for you all to test it out and see if I could get some feedback prior to the release, and also inform those interested about the tutorial video thats in development to help others create awesome components for Dash. Curious if anyone has any questions or specific area’s of struggle they would like addressed in a tutorial video I’m working on.
