Hello!
I have a personal account in Plotly Chart Studio. Plotly limits the number of charts you can upload to 100 per 24 hours. In the past 24 hours I have made about 6 charts. But when I just ran a jupyter notebook cell to save the chart in plotly chart studio, my code produced the following error:
PlotlyRequestError: “Hi there, you’ve reached the threshold of 100 combined image exports and chart saves per 24h period. If you need to raise your daily limit, please consider upgrading to a paid plan.”
This doesn’t make any sense to me. I definitely have not uploaded over 100 files. I literally just checked my plotly chart studio and there were about 6 (as I mentioned) there. Nothing else. What is going on here? Is it a bug in plotly that need to fix??
