dcc.Interval not updating web page

Hello,
I am using dcc.Interval in order to refresh my dash everyday with today’s data.
Other users use my local version via web browser. What happens is that on my machine it works fine. But for the other users, the dash is not updated .
Does someone know what could be the problem here please?

the issue was that the link was opened first on my PC, then on the other user’s PC. A way around this is to open it first on the user’s computer.
I would’ve thought that the auto-refresh would be impacting all open instances butit seems that it’s not the case. It only affects one instance.
