I still have this issue/a very similar issue:
Using fixed headers as well, when I scroll horizontally the columns are aligned correctly (during the scrolling), but as soon as I move the mouse, the header cells snap back to their initial position while the table cells remain where they should be.
This issue hasn’t existed a few months ago and it still exists on 1.13.4.
