Can Dash implement similar graphical interface functions in matlab / simulink or Labview?

Hello，everyone!

Can Dash implement similar graphical interface functions in matlab / simulink or Labview?
For example, in a Dash web app, we create some objects(coal-fired generator,car, bus,etc.,) in the menu bar, then we can drag these objects into the page and right-click to fill in the parameters of each object. Each object is connected through a certain rule, and then the built network system is run.

Is it possible?

While everything is possible, Dash is not targeted towards this kind of use case (at least not to my knowledge). Implementing a such UI would probably require the development of (several?) custom components.
