The first picture is the unzoomed plot. As you can see there is a section near the origin where it appears no vectors are. However, the second picture shows me zooming into that area and there are vectors there. I am using the annotations to plot vectors. showarrowhead: true, arrowhead: 2. There are also 99 of them.
