Add Puerto Rico to U.S. states choropleth

I need to add Puerto Rico to Plotly’s U.S. states choropleth (https://plot.ly/python/choropleth-maps/#united-states-choropleth-map)?

How can I render it to float in the lower right hand corner, similar to Alaska and Hawaii?

I haven’t been able to find a single solution that uses Plotly both here and stackoverflow. Please help!
