3D Line + Point chart

I’d like to do a 3D Line chart, with text values at one of the points. Since most points have at least 2 lines leading out from it, it’d probably be more efficient to have the text associated with a single point, while the line chart just displays the lines.

Is this at all possible in Plot.ly?
