Is it possible to select the variable which to map color via a dropdown menu in plotly?
I have created the chart below, in which the datapoints currently colored by the variable df$ErrorFlag .
I’d like to enable the user to select one of 4 different variables by which to color the datapoints:
df$Number_SNPS , df$Quality , $df$Cohort, or df$ErrorFlag
