We’re expanding our team and looking for an experienced Python and Dash developer to collaborate on our suite of data-driven web applications.

What we’re looking for:
We have a collection of sophisticated Dash apps that have evolved over time. We’re seeking someone who can help us strengthen, optimize, and evolve them. The main areas of focus include:

  1. Debugging & stabilization – Identifying and fixing issues across several complex apps. Many components work well but need improved error handling and consistency.
  2. Code optimization & structure – Refactoring Python logic into clean, modular classes and improving performance and maintainability.
  3. Client-side migration – Moving appropriate processes to the front end; strong knowledge of JavaScript is a big plus.

Required skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Python and Dash (essential)
  • Experience with JavaScript and ideally React (preferred, not mandatory)

We’re looking for someone comfortable diving into existing codebases, understanding complex logic quickly, and enhancing both functionality and code quality.

This will start as a project-based engagement, with the potential for ongoing collaboration or a longer-term contract based on mutual success.
