Scatter3D rounding values problem

Hi,
I am trying to render some data from lidar on a Scatter3D graph and I encounter a strange problem.

When I render the data ‘as they are’ the plot looks like this:

We can see that some data where rounded and the points are gathered.

When I subtract some constance value from X and Y:
x_df = df[‘X’] - 7541560
y_df = df[‘Y’] - 5751100
so that the point are realtively in the same place, the plot looks correct:

How can I render this data correctly without changing the original data? Is it a bug in plotly.js?
