Save Plotly Static Image: kaleido version problems

So, I tried saving images on a new computer using jupyter notebook but the runtime would lag and never worked. I researched on it and saw people suggested downgrading from kaleido 0.2.1 to 0.1.0 which did the trick for me too. However, in my old computer, I was able to save plotly images with no hassle given the kaleido version was 0.2.1

I am confused how 0.2.1 kaleido works on one computer but does not in the other computer. What could be the reason? :thinking:

Kaleido actually got updated in the last release. Did you try it? I remember that kaleido on Windows OS causes headaches.
