Resize the graph size on window size change

I have included a chart in my web page and need it to resize when i change the size of the window.

i saw “js-splash–responsive-chart-js” in your main web page “https://plot.ly/javascript/” …

Do we have such attributes which can achieve this ?
if so any restrictions on using that…
