Plotly resize from small to big is broken (staying small)

1. Initial size of plotly. Everything is fine.
   

   

2. Small screen - also everything is fine, it become smaller
   

   

3. Then i return big screen width - but Plotly still small. Ad inside part of it.
   

   

So, it can become smaller, but cannot become bigger after resize.
Is there something to fix this?
