Instead of axes passing through (0,0), i want them to pass through (2, -10) because some of my data values are either having x coordinate as ‘0’ or y-coordinate as ‘0’. We don’t allow that at the moment.

You can customising the axis tick labels to mock your desired behavior. See Custom labels in Y-Axis for an example.
