Plotly Functioning but not Saving or Exporting to HTML

Sir or Ma’am,

I am currently using plotly in Jupyter Notebooks on a Windows 10 Dell XPS 15 (2018 Version) Laptop. Although I can get all of the plots to function in the Notebook I cannot save or export.

I get this error: The save operation succeeded, but the notebook does not appear to be valid. I have tried upgrading nbformat listed here:

Plotly team fixed this issue. You have to update nbformat to 4.3.0. conda install -c anaconda nbformat updated nbformat to this version, but conda install -c conda-forge nbformat installs/updates only version 4.2.0

Additionally I am also not able to export the notebook either

And I have tried installing pandoc and I also changed the nbformat config file as well. Found at these links:
