Plotly chart always on Hoverinfo (or something seen same)

Hi everyone. I encountered a problem about showing hoverinfo always.
Here my codes:

import plotly.graph_objects as go
labels = [k[0] for k in my_sums[:10]]
values = [k[1]/40. for k in my_sums[:10]]
fig = go.Figure(data=[go.Pie(labels=labels, values=values, hole=.0)])
fig.update_traces(hoverinfo='label+percent', textinfo='value', textfont_size=12,
                  marker=dict(line=dict(color='#000000', width=0.25)))

fig.update_traces()
fig.show()

And results is seems :

When mousehover event triggered, hoverinfo is shown. But i wanna to show that hovers or tooltips always. How i can do that ?

Edit 1. Secont fig.update_traces() is redundant, i was trying something.

Thanks A lot.
