Hello. I recently came back to my Plotly account to find the majority of my plats removed. They are not visible on my profile and I cannot use the URLs to reach them. I have used Plotly in a research project and I eventually reached the maximum number of plots, at which point I could no longer make any more. Quite a lot of work went into creating these visuals and I stupidly thought they would be safe on my plotly account.
Why were they removed? Is this just a bug? Can they be recovered? I must’ve had 50 plots or so and now I can only see 12 on my profile.
