Mathjax now available in Forum

Hi Everyone,
We recently announced that Dash 2.3.0 has built-in MathJax support for both dcc.Markdown and dcc.Graph. Given this new development, we have decided to activate the Mathjax plugin for our Community Forum.

You can now use $ blocks to write mathjax in your topics and posts. For example:

  • $E=mc^2$ would translate to

    E=mc^2

  • $x=\int_0^a a^2+1$ would translate to

    x=\int_0^a a^2+1

  • This mathjax with comments:

    $
% Note: (x+1)^2 is NOT x^2 + 1
(x+1)^2      % original expression
= (x+1)(x+1) % definition of exponent
= x^2 + 2x + 1 % FOIL, combine like terms
$

    would translate to:

    % Note: (x+1)^2 is NOT x^2 + 1 (x+1)^2 % original expression = (x+1)(x+1) % definition of exponent = x^2 + 2x + 1 % FOIL, combine like terms

Haha, I won’t tell you that I came up with this not from any formula, but \searrow and \textcolor{tomato}{font\ color}.
